Golf tournament benefitting "Every 15 Minutes" postponed

This is a news item cross-posted from our partner site, Livermore Links | Livermore News Blog.

This year's Rotary Club of Livermore Valley Charity Golf Tournament has been postponed, according to a notice on the event website.

The notice does not say when the event will now take place, or the reason for the postponement. It does state ominously that those with questions or seeking a refund on the $195 ticket price can contact Scott Trudeau at (925) 580-8144.

The tourney, now in what would've been it's third year, had been set to take place Friday at Wente Golf Course.

The golf tournament raises money for the Every 15 Minutes Program, an anti-DUI education effort put on biennially for all High School Juniors and Seniors in the Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District.
